Mr. Anil Nagpal is an astute and results oriented professional with more than 26 years of experience in Business Development, Operations & HR including Training and Recruitment. Since 2010 has been into behavioral training for middle and senior management.
First 16 years of his career were highly healthcare oriented where he worked with Les Laboratoire Servier (French Multinational research based healthcare company) in business development involving clinical trials and training. In fact, he is recipient of best medical & product Knowledge award in the country for two consecutive years from Indian division of Les Laboratoire Servier. He was rated as best Regional Manager once and runner-up twice in the country due to highest business growth in the company.
In healthcare field he also worked at the level of National Head with Salveo Life Sciences and helped the organization to establishing it’s business across the nation effectively. He was successful in developing the entire field force and distribution network in India for the company in a short span of 3 months.
After spending more than 16 years in healthcare he decided to move into the field of his passion that was training. He worked with “Frankfinn Institute of Airhostess Training” as Corporate Head-Operations. He was instrumental in major functions of the company, consequential the turnover of company moved quickly from 120 crores to 220 crores in 3 years under his leadership with expansion of business units from 55 centres to 110 centres across India.
He was also instrumental in floating two new divisions of the company by the name of “Corpexcel” & “Enhance” holistically with plans of marketing, merchandise designing, content development & operations.
He, being a spokesperson of the company, interacted constantly with press reporters during press conferences.
He competently handled Frankfinn’s Jet airways in-flight training tie-up across the country for thousands of students with regular media interactions. He also managed effectively higher education of Frankfinn students in the form of HND at U.K. at pan India level.
He possesses admirable man management, business development, training and motivation skills.
