I decided to continue my education after graduation and pursued my Diploma in International Airlines Management, Hotel Management, Tourism, Sales and Marketing, Customer Relations Management. Communications Skills, Grooming and Etiquette. I started my training as a counselor for rehab patients and their family for support while working for UNODC. From there I advanced to awareness programs and community building. I have been a visiting faculty for SZTI (Sub Zonal training Institute) EMPF from 2007 till date as and when required. I have trained professional waiters on customer service and etiquette for reputed hotels. I was also a trainer for sales managers and advisors in insurance products.
